I worked on a 2000 person in-house conference: a multi-faceted event. I coached several heads of practices and their teams on breakout session presentations, assisting them in creating content and in delivery. I coached pairs of high-level executives for mock interviews of each other on stage, using TelePrompTers. I assisted preparing content and in delivery. Other breakout sessions included a pseudo-carnival and a mock game show acted out by executives or head of practices. I assisted speakers in their creation and directed the “shows.”
