Dannon – Food and Beverage
I prepared 16 upper level executives from around the country to present “interview style” to several hundred top-achieving executives from the organization at an in-house conference. Given a huge task and a short time span, I sent them a primer on creating their presentations, then “speed-coached” them by telephone. I drafted and sent outlines for them to develop further.
I gave a seminar on delivery to local speakers, then finished up content issues and coached them on their presentations. On location at the event I gave another seminar to traveling participants, did a last-minute overview to handle the changing format of the event, and stood by for coaching as they practiced their parts.
